We have an opportunity within our Maintenance team for an Operations Support Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to field-based Maintenance Technicians, Technical Planners and Maintenance Team Managers.

You will be responsible for logging and processing customer correspondence, job raising, and validation and triage of work order requests and system housekeeping. You will also maintain records and provide other general administrative support to the Maintenance team.

About You

If you have experience in an administrative role, producing reports and working with data, we want to hear from you!

You will have good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong positive relationships with stakeholders.

You can prioritise tasks, and work to tight deadlines. You will be confident in using MS Office.
