Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)
Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Job Function:
- Assist maintenance supervisor with routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Help troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues under supervision.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in clean and safe condition.
- Perform basic repairs such as replacing filters, light bulbs, and minor fixtures.
- Support inventory tracking and ordering of maintenance supplies.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
