As a maintenance hand you will support our LOMAC team by performing tasks as assigned, including but not limited to, cleaning, minor repairs, general upkeep of facilities and grounds. Duties may include simple carpentry, plumbing fixes, painting, assisting with equipment maintenance, and responding to requests for repairs or maintenance tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

- Basic Handyman Skills: Proficiency in cleaning, minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry), and basic handyman duties.

- Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain organized work areas and manage supplies.

- Communication Skills: Interacting with team or other staff to address maintenance needs and concerns.

- Attention to Detail: Noticing and reporting potential maintenance needs or safety issues.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to frequently bend, stoop and climb

- Load and off load packages ranging in weight from 20 to 60 pounds each

- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75lbs

- Report all accidents and injuries to supervisor
