Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role combines janitorial duties with light maintenance tasks to help ensure our facility remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and is comfortable handling a variety of routine upkeep responsibilities.

- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of common areas, restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces

- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility

- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors in designated areas

- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper

- Conduct light maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and basic plumbing fixes

- Report any safety hazards or major maintenance issues to management

- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage of supplies Qualifications

- Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work preferred

- Basic knowledge of hand tools and general repair techniques

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards

- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor

- Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
