Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CBM Specialist with 5+ years of experience in a related field to join our team. The ideal candidate will have motor testing experience (preferred) and expertise in monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing equipment performance. This role plays a key part in implementing predictive and condition-based maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement CBM strategies and programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned outages.

- Collaborate with maintenance teams to establish CBM protocols, procedures, and best practices.

- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment to identify early signs of potential issues or failures.

- Utilize predictive maintenance tools and techniques, such as vibration analysis, motor testing, thermography, and oil analysis, to anticipate and address problems.

- Monitor and evaluate equipment performance data, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

- Generate detailed reports and provide actionable recommendations to support reliability initiatives.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of CBM-related tools, equipment, and materials.

- Train and mentor maintenance staff on CBM methodologies, tools, and emerging technologies.

- Stay informed on industry advancements in CBM technologies, predictive analytics, and maintenance optimization techniques.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.

- 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, reliability, or related field.

- Hands-on experience in motor testing and predictive maintenance tools (preferred).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.

- Ability to interpret technical data and develop actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $53.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
