1st Shift: 7:00 am- 3:30 pm (Mon - Fri)
Summary: The highest-level technician role with mastery over complex industrial systems. This technician is a technical leader, capable of troubleshooting advanced electrical/mechanical systems, and interfacing with automation and controls. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintenance AA duties and responsibilities – and -
Expert level troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems
Interpret advanced ladder logic and work with Plant Engineering on implementing PLC programs or changes
Comply and adhere to all safety, quality and compliance guidelines.
Mastery of electrical and mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, drives, etc.) and safe practices as it relates to presses, roll forming, conveyors, motors and plant support systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair high voltage systems including 3 phase systems and motor controls.

Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be able to inspect parts for conformance.
Minimum of 10 years in an industrial maintenance role.
Ability to read simple mechanical drawings or schematics
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out a repair, maintenance and service situation. Ability to deal with non-standardized situations daily. Ability to use standard instructions provided by manufacturers of plant equipment and install/repair plant equipment.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employees must be able to perform tasks such as climbing a ladder, use of aerial platforms, repetitively pushing or pulling with arms in any position including overhead and lifting 75 pounds intermittently as needed. The employee must have a reasonable range of motion and strength of all extremities and spinal segments as determined by a physical exam.
