Machine Shop Parts Planner/Estimator

Summary

Automatic Products Co., Inc. is a leading manufacturing of aerospace/commercial machined parts in Kent, Washington. We are seeking a persistent and meticulous Planner/Estimating Assistant. Our revenue and customer base have grown exponentially over the past 10 years and is currently maturing faster than ever, thus we’re looking for individuals seeking growth, and the desire to succeed.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust attention to detail, an understanding of the importance of overall quality. Among a large set of tasks, the Estimating Assistant will constantly focus on the ultimate goal of maintaining the highest level of accuracy possible, while understanding, and working within an overall sense of urgency.

The job operates in a manufacturing plant operation and professional office environment. This role may use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines. In the manufacturing environment, the employee is moving mechanical parts.

This is a full-time position, day shift Monday thru Friday. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance is required. Must work 30 hours or more each week to maintain full-time status.
