As a Preform Machine Operator Your responsibilities will include:

- Safely operate equipment to process rubber and related materials

- Use tools like calipers, scales, and rulers to measure and verify product specifications

- Keep your work area safe and clean while following PPE and safety protocols

- Operate mechanical equipment (overhead hoist, pallet jack, hydraulic lift table)

- Accurately input production data into the MRP system

- Transport materials and maintain proper product labeling and traceability

- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Support quality assurance efforts and maintenance procedures

What We’re Looking For

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to use measuring tools and basic computer programs

- Basic math, computer, and communication skills

- Comfortable with physical tasks like bending, climbing, and kneeling

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols

- Preferred: Forklift experience

Work Environment

You’ll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
