Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various machinery and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while adhering to safety standards and quality control measures.

Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor machinery, including metal stamping presses.

- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications.

- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product accuracy.

- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards.

- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line for effective materials handling and packaging.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with factory experience preferred.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machinery safely.

- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.

- Experience with tooling, assembly processes, and quality control practices.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
