Machine Operator

Job Overview: We are looking for skilled and motivated Machine Operators to operate roll formers. The ideal candidates will have experience in operating computer-controlled roll forming machines to shape metal according to the cutlist and instructions.

Responsibilities:

Roll Form Operator:

- Configure and operate computer-controlled roll forming machines.

- Shape steel into roofing and siding panels with precision.

- Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and consistency.

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of roll forming equipment.

- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Experience operating press brakes and/or roll formers is preferred.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
