LUBE/OIL/TIRE TECHNICIAN

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in truck repair and maintenance, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire services, and other vehicle maintenance tasks while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Duties

- Perform routine oil changes and fluid checks on various vehicles

- Conduct tire services including rotations, alignments, and replacements

- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for truck service tasks

- Assist in diagnosing mechanical issues and providing solutions

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency

- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs

- Support the sales of additional services based on customer requirements

- Participate in ongoing training to enhance truck knowledge and skills

Qualifications

- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required

- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in truck repair

- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and maintenance procedures

- Ability to lift heavy objects as required during vehicle servicing

- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to truck service

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients

- Experience as a service technician is a plus

- A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
