Logistics Coordinator – Full-Time
Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a seamless customer experience? Join our growing team as a Logistics Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our production, sales, and service operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
•Coordinate and schedule new production projects; follow up to ensure timelines are met
•Assist the Sales Team with appointment scheduling and project planning
•Review and approve service sales; develop corresponding job plans
•Order windows and submit permit paperwork as required
•Conduct confirmation and quality assurance (QA) calls with customers
•Dispatch work orders to subcontractors and maintain communication
•Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with the Customer Care Manager
•Complete required training videos to stay up to date with company standards
•Provide backup support to the Customer Care Team when needed

Qualifications
•Proficient in office systems and standard computer software
•Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
•Highly organized with keen attention to detail
•Able to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs
Schedule & Compensation
•Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (in-office)
•Status: Full-time, non-exempt (hourly)
•Reports to: Customer Care Manager
