Logistics and Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a socially skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control and Logistics Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for organizing and updating the production charts for our products along with working with transport companies on the organizing of shipments in and out of our facility. This position will be responsible for overseeing some of the quality control within our product prior to scheduling the shipping. This includes conducting quality inspections and walk thru's of completed product, understanding proper maintenance of our products and being able to troubleshoot customers issues, handling the logistics of shipping our product and following up with the customer's to ensure quality delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a good sense of product quality and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Mechanical skills are a plus. Social Skills are a must.

```Duties:```

- This position will speak with crew leaders, vendors and customers to keep track and organize the schedule of product completions and deliveries.

- This position is partially an office position where they will work with customers on maintenance over the phone along with working in the shop to ensure proper quality control.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure product quality meets established standards on every product.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions, brainstorm possible improvements to current products

- This position will help with Logo installs and may operate forklifts from time to time.

- Help develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols along with documentation.

- Collect and analyze data to identify trends or areas for improvement

Requirements:

- Strong Attention to detail and Excellent problem-solving skills required

-Ability to speak courteously with clients and others during troubleshooting

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred

- Mechanical experienced is HIGHLY PREFERRED
