We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience in fine dining. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation.

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.

- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service periods.

- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.

- Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation, ensuring precision and efficiency.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Line Cook or in other kitchen roles within the food industry.

- Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on cooking techniques, food preparation, and presentation.

- Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is preferred but not required.

- Familiarity with menu planning and fine dining service standards is advantageous.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.

- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
