Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and the ability to work with various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. The technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including boilers and refrigeration units.

- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to understand system layouts.

- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure systems are functioning efficiently.

- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.

- Weld components as needed for system repairs or installations.

- Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations.

- Communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance and service needs.

- Document all work performed in compliance with company policies.

Experience

- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on various HVAC systems.

- Familiarity with plumbing systems related to HVAC installations is a plus.

- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.

- Experience in welding techniques is beneficial for system repairs.

- A valid driver's license is required for driving company vehicles to job sites.
