Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and skilled HVAC Technician to independently handle residential service calls, maintenance tasks, and installations. This role is for someone who can represent our company professionally, solve problems in the field, and help develop younger technicians.

We work until the job is done. If you're a clock-watcher or shortcut-taker, this isn’t for you. But if you take pride in diagnosing, repairing, and mentoring with excellence — we want to talk.

Key Responsibilities

Service & Repair

- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (primarily residential)

- Perform seasonal tune-ups and system maintenance

- Run service calls efficiently with clear documentation and customer education

Installation Support

- Assist with residential HVAC installations as needed

- Support senior techs on larger installation projects

- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and code-compliant

Customer Service

- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

- Explain system issues and recommended repairs in easy-to-understand language

- Document work performed using job management software

Team Development

- Mentor junior technicians and apprentices

- Share best practices, tools, and techniques

- Support training initiatives and uphold safety protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
