Licensed Journeyman Plumber

Who You Are:

- A certified/licensed Plumber with at least 4 years of experience in a residential service and maintenance operation.

- Has passion for leadership and excellence.

- An expert communicator, ready to work with both customers and crews.

- Commitment to identify soft sale opportunities and convert them to sales.

- Committed to safety, quality, and training others to meet your high standards.

Qualifications:

- Valid Indiana and/or Kentucky Journeyman or Tradesman license, both preferred, but not required to apply

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience managing plumbing projects and coordinating with other trades.

Working conditions:

- The position requires working in a variety of environments, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and outdoor sites

- Must be able to work in all weather conditions and be on-call for emergency repairs as needed

- Occasional overtime may be required
