PPI Quality & Engineering is supporting our parent company, Kiwa North America (KGNA), in the search for a qualified Legal Operations Specialist / Paralegal to join their legal team.
The Legal Operations Specialist /
Paralegal will support the legal team with a wide range of legal and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal research, drafting, and reviewing documents, and managing case files. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our legal department and requires a professional with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Schedule
: Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days remote
Draft, review, and format legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, NDAs, etc.
Maintain organized and secure filing systems for physical and electronic documents.
Conduct research on statutes, case law, and regulations relevant to the company’s legal matters.
Assist with contract preparation, amendments, and execution processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Coordinate and track litigation or arbitration cases, including managing case files, deadlines, and discovery documents.
Liaise with external counsel and stakeholders on case progress and document requirements.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes as required.
Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate documents, including board resolutions, annual reports, and regulatory filings.
Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Serve as a point of contact for internal departments and external clients regarding legal inquiries.
Identify potential legal risks and escalate to the appropriate legal counsel.
Support risk mitigation efforts by maintaining compliance trackers and follow-up systems.
