Legal Counsel

We are looking to hire a full-time attorney to join our in-house legal department located in Corona, California. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be responsible for handling various litigation and/or corporate matters, particularly related to lien/foreclosures, real estate and bankruptcy.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Counsel located in Corona, CA. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, managing contract negotiations, preparing legal documents, addressing legal issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to support business operations and address legal matters efficiently.
