What We Are Looking For: We are seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer specializing in harassment cases to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cases involving workplace harassment, discrimination, and other related claims from initial consultation through resolution.
· Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, pleadings, motions, and appeals.
· Represent clients in court, mediation, or arbitration proceedings.
· Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis.
· Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
· Provide legal advice and advocacy to clients facing harassment and workplace violations.
· Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to gather case evidence.
· Stay updated on labor laws and harassment-related legal precedents.
· Manage caseloads efficiently and maintain client communication.
· Proven experience in harassment law or employment litigation.
· Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
· Admission to the state bar where practicing law.
· Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy.
