The Contract Administrator will support the Accounting team by managing contract setup, maintenance, and compliance in Workday. This role is critical for ensuring accurate customer billing, timely application of contract changes, and streamlined processes across multiple operating companies.
- Maintain and update contract data in Workday to ensure billing accuracy.
- Review contract terms related to billing rates, renewals, and escalations.
- Track and report on contract expirations, renewals, and rate adjustments.
- Partner with AR and billing teams to ensure invoices align with contract requirements.
- Support audits and internal reviews by ensuring contracts are properly documented.
- Identify and implement improvements to contract and billing processes.
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: 3 or more years of administrative and/or accounting support experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- Experience: 5 or more years of administrative and/or accounting support experience
- Workday system experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Look-ups, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and work independently as well as a team
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with management
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to exercise good judgement to make good business decisionsThis is a hybrid role based out of Stow, Ohio. Employees are expected to work in-office weekly or as needed. A dedicated home workspace and reliable internet (20 mbps minimum) are required. Standard office equipment will be provided for both office and home use.

Uninterrupted home-based internet is a must in your home to attend and host video calls, along with a minimum bandwidth speed of 20 mbps. If you do not have an in home office space or cannot meet the internet needs, an office space will be provided for you in the company’s Stow, Ohio office.
