Leader, Tools and Process

Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”) is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company’s two Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global’s modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost.

Overview

Venture Global LNG is seeking an experienced Tools & Process Leader to accelerate the digitization and standardization of our quality, continuous improvement, and training systems. This role will partner across functions — including HSSE, Regulatory, and Operations — to break down barriers, embed best practices, and ensure sustainable adoption of modern tools and processes. The Tools & Process Leader will conduct process walks to baseline current practices, design improvements, and lead the transition to fully digitized workflows. They will define a standard toolset, develop roadmaps, and connect data into dashboards that drive visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement. Additionally, this role will work closely with Information Technology to simplify and standardize enterprise tools, integrate systems, and build reporting and dashboards that track and define success against key KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

- Digitize & Streamline: Lead the conversion of manual or fragmented processes into integrated digital systems.

- Baseline & Improve: Conduct process walks to evaluate workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design improvements before digitization.

- Tool & Standards Governance: Define and maintain a standard toolset and methodology for quality, CI, and training.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with HSSE and Regulatory to ensure compliance and alignment.

- Change Leadership: Drive user acceptance through training, engagement, and adoption programs.

- Data & Dashboards: Build connected dashboards that provide real-time performance visibility.

- Roadmap Delivery: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for process, tool, and data integration.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of leadership experience in quality, continuous improvement, or training within industrial, energy, or manufacturing sectors.

- Proven track record of digitizing and standardizing processes at scale.

- Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and process automation.

- Proficiency with quality tools and platforms, training systems (LMS), and BI/dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- Skilled in change management and cross-functional collaboration.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Preferred certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or equivalent.
