Job Title: Lead Press Machine Operator

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

seeking an experienced Lead Press Machine Operator, rates depend on the candidates' skills and qualifications.

The responsibility of the lead includes but are not limited to the set up and operation of press brake machines including the CNC requirements as specified by work orders, drawings, templates, samples, or verbal instructions. Assists with training, coaching, and instructing machine operators for the fabrication of steel parts. Establishes requirements for meeting productivity and quality goals as required by company policies.

Qualifications:

3 year(s) of previous press brake set-up skill, knowledge, and experience, Cincinnati machine preferred.

- Must have proven abilities in communication, organization, setting priorities

- Experience with process improvement methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Ideal candidate is hands-on, has a strong mechanical aptitude, enjoys problem solving, and is capable of successfully managing a team of diverse employees.

- Familiarity with PCs, CNC machines, in-house software, and Cincinnati Milacron press brake equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
