D Shift (Thursday: 12:30A-6:30A Friday-Sunday 6:30P-6:30A)

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for producing aluminum extruded shapes that meet customer specifications: operating saws, moving material, operating an extrusion press, packing material, moving dies, participating in 5S initiatives, etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

+ High school diploma or equivalent degree

+ 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred

+ Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) + Ability to recognize safety concerns + Ability to utilize the proper inspection equipment per designated area + A highly motivated self-starter + Basic math skills + Ability to read die drawings and inspect parts and surface finish according to customer specifications + Ability to effectively work in a team environment + Ability to take part in additional training e. Extrusion 101 + Ability to perform and assist with preventive maintenance + Strong communication skills, problem solver, multi-tasker + Ability to properly identify materials
