We are looking for a lead mechanic at our Decatur, AL location.

Schedule 11pm-7am and weekends as needed

NIGHT SHIFT

Lead Mechanic Key Responsibilities:

Lead Mechanic Requirements:

· Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, identifying the root cause of problems.

· Perform welding activities, including screening plant repairs, bucket rebuilds, and general repair and fabrication.

· Maintenance and Repair:

· Maintain and repair heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

· Follow established maintenance schedules and procedures.

· Ensure equipment is safe and in good working order.

· Inventory Management:

· Manage and maintain inventory of parts and supplies.

· Order necessary parts and supplies in a timely manner.

· Safety:

· Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

· Ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
