We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Mechanic to ensure the efficient operation of all mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality. This role involves diagnosing mechanical issues, performing repairs, and mentoring junior mechanics while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
