Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and oversee maintenance and remodeling projects

● Perform skilled tasks in carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical work, and door/window installation

● Complete make-ready turn overs

● Troubleshoot and repair building systems and fixtures

● Ensure all work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards

● Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers

● Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Requirements:

● 3+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, or general maintenance

● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

● Deep knowledge of tools, materials, and building techniques

● Ability to manage and motivate team members effectively

● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

● Must pass a drug test and background screening

Schedule:

● Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

● Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required

Pay Rate:

● Based on experience – to be discussed during the interview
