Lead Inspector – Zap-Lok End Inspection

Responsibilities include thorough inspection of all Zap-Lok pipe ends, with a focus on:

Visual Inspection of both pin and bell ends to ensure conformance with specifications.

Use of Precision Inspection Tools to verify:

Outer Diameter (OD)

Wall Thickness

Internal Diameter (ID) of Bell End

Documentation and Reporting of inspection results using Excel; strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
