Lead Generator

Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a Lead Generator who is self-motivated, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. Candidates ideally have background in a position that requires cold-calling, negotiations, and patience. Oil and Gas knowledge is preferred, but not required. Our client index is comprised of individuals, not companies. This is not a business-to-business sales position.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

- Comfortable making 200+ outbound cold calls per day

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Adherence to Company culture and values

- Following management direction regarding acquisition strategy

- Maintaining a confident, patient and professional demeanor at the workplace

- Updating and maintaining Salesforce CRM per our company policies and procedures

Compensation:

- Contract position to start, but permanent positions available once proven

- Fixed Compensation plus Commission program
