Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to drive business growth Over the Phone. You will leverage your sales expertise and technical knowledge to engage prospects, nurture relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our sales initiatives.
Duties
•Conduct research to identify potential leads within target markets.
•Utilize warm calling techniques to engage prospects and introduce our products/services.
•Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
•Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in Salesforce.
•Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass them on to the sales team for follow-up.
•Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
•Provide feedback on lead generation processes and suggest improvements.
Experience
•Proven experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in technology or inside sales environments.
•Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
•Strong understanding of business development principles and market dynamics.
•Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
•Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
•A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for achieving results.
