Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Natural Gas Generator Technician located in Midland, TX. The technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of natural gas generators. Daily tasks include troubleshooting and diagnostics, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role also involves supervising junior technicians and coordinating with other departments to optimize generator performance. Maintains inventory count on parts, oil and other consumables. Reports to manager with weekly work task planned, completed units ready for jobs, inventory needs and down line status. Keeps track of service schedule for fleet and coordinates with field operations to plan services to be completed.
