Lead Carpenter is a full-time position, performing residential renovations in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, porches, decks, basements, windows/doors, and much more. Our lead carpenters execute our projects from start to finish and work directly with homeowners. Our designers and office team take care of the preparation and planning, so that our carpenters can focus on their work. Must have ability to work independently, as well as within a team taking direction, problem solving, strong communication and customer service skills needed, as you will need to work directly with homeowners daily. You will be part of our team of 80 plus employees to effectively execute these remodel projects.

Qualifications:

Recommended Technical Skills:

· Cabinet installation

· Trim and mouldings

· Tile installation (backsplash, floor, shower)

· Framing

· Sheetrock, taping and painting

· Windows and doors

· Basic plumbing and electrical skills
