This is a full-time position for a Lead Carpenter/Client Services Technician servicing the MetroWest area
of Boston, South Shore, and Upper Cape. The role involves performing various carpentry tasks including
framing, finish carpentry, and using both hand and power tools. You will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensure quality control, and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities also include ordering of materials, oversee deliveries, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with onsite safety standards, and present for all inspections. Everything we do is always client focused.
• Ability to handle multiple trades/situations at one time
• Ability to triage work in progress in high stress situations and maintain composure
• The physical ability to work on ladders (step and extension ladders) and lift up to 80 lbs when required
• A minimum of 15 years of general carpentry experience
• A minimum of 15 years of finish carpentry experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• General carpentry and anything else that is necessary to get the job done in residential home construction
• Valid MA Construction Site Supervision license (CSL)
• Experience in construction management is a plus
