The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $114,332 to $164,354
Job Summary
The Lead Analyst - Innovation is responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative strategies and solutions that align with the company's vision and goals. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, identifying emerging trends and technologies, and fostering a culture of innovation within the organization. The Senior Innovation Lead will also collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to bring new ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead the development and execution of innovation strategies and initiatives.
•Identify and evaluate emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities.
•Foster a culture of innovation by promoting creative thinking and collaboration across the organization.
•Manage and mentor a team of innovation professionals.
•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement innovative solutions.
•Oversee the innovation pipeline, from ideation to implementation.
•Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform innovation strategies.
•Develop and manage partnerships with external organizations, including startups, academic institutions, and industry leaders.
•Monitor and report on the progress and impact of innovation initiatives.
•Ensure alignment of innovation activities with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Required Qualifications
Education
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Innovation Management, or a related field.
Experience
•Minimum of 7 years of experience in innovation, product development, or a related role.
•Proven track record of leading successful innovation projects and initiatives.
•Strong understanding of emerging technologies and market trends.
•Excellent leadership and team management skills.
•Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to think creatively and strategically.
•Experience with project management and agile methodologies.
