Reports to: Supervisor - Electric Line Operations Location: In Office, Rochester NY

The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from: $78,091.20 - $97,614

Job Summary

This position provides professional, high-quality support and consultation to T&D Electric Distribution in the areas of business planning, process improvement, performance tracking, financial analysis, and planning assistance. This individual demonstrates a high level of analytical competence through monitoring and making recommendations on various electric distribution processes, maintaining complete confidentiality, projecting a positive image, and effectively handling a variety of special assignments.

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelors Degree in Business or related work experience, experience may be substituted for education + Related work experience = A minimum of 2 years related experience. + Administrative, budgeting, and analytical experience preferred

Skills/Abilities:

+ Extensive knowledge of electric distribution operations. + Thorough knowledge of all company policies and procedures pertaining to electric distribution operations. + Familiar with Corporate Emergency Restoration Plan. + Knowledge of benchmarking and process improvement techniques.
