City Wide Property Services, Inc. (City Wide) currently has an opening for a Field Services & Operations Lead to join our expanding team!

For two and a half decades, City Wide has been an industry leader in providing reliable, first-class maintenance, repairs, and day-to-day upkeep for commercial properties throughout the Western United States.

Job Summary:

The Field Services & Operations Lead is a hands-on, hybrid position responsible for delivering high-quality service, field inspections, light labor, and client communication across commercial real estate sites in Houston, San Antonio, and Austin. This role is critical in ensuring service compliance with client contracts, performing site inspections, managing service quality, and addressing property needs with urgency and professionalism. The position blends physical fieldwork, leadership oversight, reporting, and communication to maintain and elevate property standards.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of two years of experience in property services, facility operations, or a related field.

· Skilled in site inspections and hands-on property maintenance work.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionals across all organizational levels.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and adeptness in utilizing mobile

· Proficiency in problem-solving and negotiation techniques.

· Strong leadership abilities, coupled with effective time management and organizational prowess.

· Must be dependable, proactive, and detail oriented.

· Possession of a valid Texas driver’s license with clear driving record required. (Motor Vehicle Record required)

· Must successfully complete background check and drug screen.

· Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
