Job Description
This position provides administrative support to the Contract Compression Department.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties :
• Communicate directly with the customer on a monthly basis regarding the release of our Service Quality Reports. Is responsible for field tactical requests along with detailed backup.
• Track, prepare and maintain daily reports for BU’s, Service Managers and customers including downtime and call out reports.
• Follow up on parts requested that have not been received or need to be returned and removed from work orders.
• Aid the Service Manager in the processing of BOM (Bill of Materials) requests / updates.
• Research and respond to inquiries regarding issues and problems and ensure timely follow and resolution.
• Communicate amongst multiple channels (FST, Supply Chain, Service Manager) to work request to close.
• Use independent judgement to determine type of Call-Out SR based off of FST’s comments.
• Prepare weekly financial reports and metric tracking essential to the day to day operation of the business.
• Perform high level analysis to assist the Service Managers in quickly identifying areas of interest.
• Manages the emission alert process and provides notice to managers when elements appear to be nearing failure.
• Serves as the primary liaison for all involved in the high cost MOB/DEMO process (Contracts, OSC, Transportation, FST, Sales, etc).
• Schedules transportation for MOB, DEMOB and cranes.
• Responsible for the daily review and bi-monthly reconciliation of Etime hours with pay period labor summary.
• Runs all anomalies to ground with the respective Service Manager and approves.
Non-Essential Duties: Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education And Certification
• High school diploma or GED plus additional specialized courses or Associates Degree in a related field.
Minimum Experience
• Directly related progressive experience in a related environment using advanced skills in area of specialization.
• Experience in coordinating people, projects and/or events.
Leadership
• May serve as a resource to others with less experience.
