✈Lead Aircraft Technician – Challenger 300/35
Location: Greater Miami Area (Opa-locka, FL) Type: Full-Time Industry: Aviation & Aerospace Maintenance
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Lead Aircraft Technician with proven experience on Bombardier Challenger 300/350 platforms to join our elite team. This role is ideal for an experienced A&P Mechanic ready to take ownership in the field and lead future maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
•
Perform AOG and line maintenance on Challenger 300/350 aircraft (Premier 1A experience a plus)
•
Conduct detailed inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs using FAA-approved technical data
•
Execute scheduled maintenance checks (including 2400-hour inspection packages)
•
Work independently in the field, managing tooling, parts ordering, and job documentation
•
Interface directly with flight crews to diagnose and resolve technical issues
•
Maintain accurate records and ensure all work is performed to FAA and company standards
•
Lead future maintenance technicians as the team expands
Qualifications
•
Valid A&P Certificate
•
Minimum of 3+ years of direct experience with Bombardier Challenger 300/350
•
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
•
Ability to work in varying conditions (heights, confined spaces, weather)
•
Must have a valid driver’s license and U.S. passport
•
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Apple products
