Overview

We are seeking 2 dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance, including lawn care, tree care, and hardscape installation. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate various power tools effectively. As a Landscape Technician, you will contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients.

Duties

•

Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.

•

Build and install hardscapes such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.

•

Care for trees by pruning, fertilizing, and ensuring their overall health.

•

Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects.

•

Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, and other vegetation.

•

Maintain garden beds by weeding, mulching, and planting seasonal flowers.

•

Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while ensuring high-quality standards.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred.

•

Strong mechanical knowledge to operate equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

•

Familiarity with power tools and safety protocols in their use.

•

Ability to perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

•

Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques is a plus.

•

A keen eye for detail to ensure the aesthetic quality of landscapes is maintained.

•

Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.

•

A valid driver's license may be required depending on job duties.

En este puesto ayudarás a crear y mantener jardines bonitos para nuestros clientes.

Lo Que Harás

•

Cortar el pasto, bordear y limpiar los jardines.

•

Ayudar a construir patios, caminos de piedra, y muros pequeños.

•

Podar árboles, ponerles fertilizante y asegurarte de que estén sanos.

•

Usar herramientas eléctricas como desbrozadoras, sopladoras y cortadoras.

•

Preparar la tierra para plantar flores, arbustos y plantas.

•

Quitar hierbas malas, poner mulch (mantillo) y sembrar flores según la temporada.

•

Trabajar con el equipo para terminar los trabajos a tiempo y bien hechos.

Lo Que Necesitas

•

Tener experiencia en jardinería o construcción (preferido, pero no obligatorio).

•

Saber usar herramientas y máquinas de jardinería.

•

Ser fuerte y poder cargar cosas, excavar y trabajar de pie varias horas al día.

•

Conocer sobre sistemas de riego es una ventaja.

•

Poner atención a los detalles y cuidar que el trabajo se vea bien.

Poder trabajar bien con otros y comunicarte claramente.

Tener licencia de conducir puede ser necesario, según el trabajo.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
