Landscape Laborer – Pali Coast Outdoor Design & Build

Job Summary

At Pali Coast, our Laborers are essential to bringing outdoor visions to life. You'll support construction crews by providing hands-on help with landscape and hardscape installation, loading and unloading materials, operating tools and equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean job site. This is an entry-to-mid-level role with opportunities to grow into crew leadership for those who show dedication, skill, and drive.

We're a locally owned, Pacific Palisades-based outdoor design-build firm known for high-quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and deep care for our community. From custom patios to complete landscape transformations, we handle everything in-house—from design to execution.
