Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including groundskeeping, lawn care, and gardening. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Duties
•
Perform general landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
•
Assist in the installation and maintenance of gardens, flower beds, and shrubs.
•
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
•
Build and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
•
Participate in snow plowing activities during winter months as needed.
•
Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly after use.
•
Follow safety protocols at all times while performing duties on-site.
Qualifications
•
Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
•
Familiarity with gardening techniques and lawn care practices is a plus.
•
Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners, as well as power tools like lawnmowers and trimmers.
•
Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
•
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
•
A valid driver's license is an added benefit

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.27 - $18.87 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
