WinnScapes, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our dynamic team. Specializing in hardscapes, outdoor living spaces, and innovative landscape designs, we are a family-owned and operated company that values collaboration, safety, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Lead and manage a crew in the safe, efficient, and high-quality installation of landscape and hardscape features, including paver patios, retaining walls, water features, plantings, and more.
•
Operate various equipment, such as skid loaders, dump trucks, and masonry saws.
•
Ensure job sites are organized and well-maintained.
•
Maintain professional communication with clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
•
Complete daily paperwork and track crew activities via mobile app.
•
Assist with snow removal operations as required.
Qualifications:
•
2-3 years of landscape experience, including crew leadership.
•
Valid Ohio Driver’s License.
•
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
•
Strong team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
•
(Training available for the right candidate).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
