Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of landscape maintenance, including tree care, lawn care, and irrigation practices. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising projects while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Duties

•

Oversee daily operations of landscape maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

•

Supervise and lead a team of landscape technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity.

•

Plan and execute landscape designs, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, as well as installing irrigation systems.

•

Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.

•

Manage groundskeeping activities such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and mulching to maintain pristine landscapes.

•

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.

•

Train team members on best practices in landscape maintenance techniques and equipment usage.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is essential.

•

Strong knowledge of tree care, lawn care, groundskeeping, and irrigation systems.

•

Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising teams in a landscaping environment.

•

Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

•

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks.

•

A valid driver’s license is required

•

Certification in horticulture or landscape management is a plus but not required.
