Landscape Crew Leader/ Crew Members

We are search of Landscape Install Crew leader and Laborers to join our growimg team.

We are currently looking for experienced crew leaders and laborers to assist our Install foremen in daily execution of elite landscape construction projects.

Landscape Crew Leader(s) must be a motivated self-starter who is comfortable being wholly responsible for on-site installation management, communication of installation project deliverables, prompt identification of problematic site conditions, daily job reporting, communication with project managers, all while maintaining our established high standards of quality and professionalism.

Crewleader will report directly to the Install Foreman and work closely with our clients, landscape laborers, and Foreman.

We are looking for unique and highly organized people with significant experience in landscape construction, design, horticulture, and project management.

Must have experience in on-site prioritization, personnel management, and building adequate, yet strong, relationships with subcontra itctors, clients, and most importantly our crew members.

Primary Responsibilities

Timeline management of multiple, overlapping projects, high in complexity

On-site management alongside highly experienced project managers, as well as general oversight of labor force

job reporting the install Foreman

Required Skills

Landscape construction, and site management experience - running a 3-4 man crew

Skills with irrigation

Experience grading with a skid steer

High level of communicator(both written and oral)

Strong background in horticulture or design experience is a plus

High level of demonstrable organization and interpersonal skills

We offer Holidays and paid vacation after 90 Days

As well as training I the winter months
