Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Bed Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team. This position involves driving a company maintenance truck to various commercial sites and leading a crew focused primarily on hand-pulling weeds, maintaining flower beds, and keeping landscaped areas tidy and presentable.
Key Responsibilities:
•Drive a maintenance truck to commercial client sites daily
•Lead a small crew in performing bed maintenance tasks
•Hand-pull weeds and remove debris from landscape beds
•Identify and report any plant health or irrigation issues
•Ensure quality control and job site cleanliness
•Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and team members
•Communicate effectively with the operations manager regarding site conditions and needs
•Track and log completed work at each property
Qualifications:
•Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Required)
•Previous landscape maintenance or bed maintenance experience (Preferred)
•Ability to work independently and lead a small crew
•Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
•Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
•Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
•Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
Work Schedule:
•Start times typically around 7:00 AM
•Occasional overtime or weekend work as needed during peak season

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
