Job Description:

- Excellent work habits and demonstrated ability to perform the job to a high degree of satisfaction.

- Punctual

- Must abide by our Safety Standards

- Safely handle and carry ladders and weights 100+ pounds (with the assistance of other employees).

- Must be able to work in confined spaces while adhering to our safety standards

- Must communicate effectively with team members and clients when required.

- Must be physically able to perform the duties of a General Laborer

- Majority of the work duties are completed outdoors year round.

- Generally be able to complete the work assigned without assistance.

- Meet established company standards of appearance and demeanor at all times.

- Must have a valid driver's license, own transportation and clean driving record.

- Comfortable pulling and backing up trailers

- Possess a good attitude, work well with other company employees and management, and provide excellent customer service.

- Self-motivated.

- Travel will be required.

Physical Demands:

- Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.

- Stand, walk, sit, climb, or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

- Lift and move up to 50 pounds.

- Frequently lift and move up to 100 pounds.

- Occasionally lift and move more than 100 pounds.

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
