Key Responsibilities:
•Provide advanced technical support for complex issues that L0, L1, and L2 support teams cannot resolve.
•Collaborate with the IT Manager to manage and coordinate third-party MSPs, ensuring seamless integration and operation of external services.
•Perform in-depth troubleshooting and resolve critical technical problems related to applications, systems, and hardware.
•Support business applications, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
•Assist with the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software, ensuring compatibility and compliance with company standards.
•Maintain and update IT documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
•Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations, to ensure optimal performance and security.
•Provide training and support to staff on IT-related topics, enhancing their technical skills and knowledge.
•Participate in IT projects, contributing expertise and support to achieve project goals.
•Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment.
•Work with IT Manager and Accounting to assure KSOX audits are completed quarterly.
•Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, recommending improvements and innovations to enhance IT operations.
•Follow IT Policy and procedures and maintain KSOX audit compliance. Support internal and external audits related to IT application controls and IT general controls by providing reports and supporting documentation.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent job experience.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Tier 3 or level 3 support.
•Strong knowledge of business applications, systems, and IT infrastructure.
•Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
•Experience working with third-party MSPs and managing external IT services.
•Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as common business software applications.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus
