Key Responsibilities:
•Provide day-to-day IT support to office and production staff, addressing technical issues promptly and efficiently.
•Perform in-depth troubleshooting and resolve complex technical problems related to applications, systems, and hardware.
•Support business applications, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
•Collaborate with third-party MSPs to manage and resolve IT System issues, ensuring seamless integration and operation of external services.
•Maintain and update IT documentation, including system configurations, inventory and onboarding documents.
•Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations, to ensure optimal performance and security.
•Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software, ensuring compatibility and compliance with company standards.
•Provide training and support to staff on IT-related topics, enhancing their technical skills and knowledge.
•Participate in IT projects, contributing expertise and support to achieve project goals.
•Assist in onboarding and training of new hire staffing.
•Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment.
•Follow IT Policy and procedures and maintain KSOX audit compliance. Support internal and external audits related to IT application controls and IT general controls by providing reports and supporting documentation.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent job experience.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Tier 2 or level 2 support.
•Strong knowledge of business applications, systems, and IT infrastructure.
•Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
•Experience working with third-party MSPs and managing external IT services.
•Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as common business software applications.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus.
