Junior Purchaser/Expeditor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Purchaser / Expeditor / Material Planner to join our Edmonton-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to build their career within the heavy industrial and municipal markets. You will play a key role in ensuring that materials and products are sourced efficiently, shipments are tracked, and records are maintained accurately.

Here's a Snapshot of How You'll Contribute to Our Team:

+ Ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery of goods. + Respond promptly to sales teams and customers regarding order updates or when expediting is required. + Process and track warranty claims with domestic and international vendors. + Produce commercial invoices for international shipments + Process documentation when required to ship products. + Manage import/export documentation and maintain good relationships with customs brokers and freight companies. + Approve invoices for processing.
