Junior Buyer

A JAB Recruitment client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Buyer / Procurement Specialist

to manage the end-to-end sourcing and procurement of engineered, tagged, or critical equipment and materials.

ONSITE position located in Houston, Texas 77044

- Northwest side of Beltway 8

W2 CONTRACT position - 1 year assignment

with a major oil and gas company.

This role requires a high level of initiative and autonomy, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. You’ll be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, issuing purchase orders, managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance, and supporting project goals related to cost, quality, and delivery.
